This is a charming little church, converted to a beautiful living space. It is situated in the little rural village of Stokers Siding, in Northern NSW. The nearest town, Murwillumbah, is 8km away. Some of the finest surfing beaches in the world are less than 30 mins drive away. The old church has one bedroom and bathroom with an open living and kitchen space, with a wonderful veranda at the rear of the church. The grounds contain a little one-bedroom Capella, also for rent separately. The church is in an Australian Bush setting with a babbling creek bordering the property. The nearest town is about 8km away at Murwillumbah and some of the finest and most famous surfing beaches in the world are less than 30 mins drive away. Staying in this little bush town will leave you with enduring happy memories. The old church has one bedroom and bathroom with an open living and kitchen space. There is a wonderful veranda at the rear of the church. The church grounds contain a little one-bedroom Capella which is also for rent separately. From both the church and the Capella you can hear the murmur of the running brook as you go to sleep and hear the native birds in the morning as you wake up. Stokers Siding is a sleepy little village, but there are a great many visits nearby. Byron Bay, Bangalow and Kingcliffe are about a 30 minute drive away. Other things to note We now have Netflix available for guests. The TV is all set up for this and you can enjoy all your favourite shows during your stay. Please note there is only one bedroom and one bed in the Church at Stokers. There is no sofa bed in the living room. There is a one bedroom cabin at the back of the property which we call the Capella. This can be booked in conjunction with a Church booking. It is never separately booked to unrelated parties.
