Apartment with a view of the valley for 7 people The space Beautiful 5-room apartment on two floors with balcony and a view of the Prättigau. In the countryside and yet only four minutes by car from Seewis village. In winter, with enough snow, the ski lift is within walking distance. The JHS infrastructure is available incl. Wi-Fi, gym, playground with large meadow, children's pool (in summer) and free parking. On the ground floor there is a spacious wardrobe, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom (shower/toilet). The apartment's own staircase leads to the first floor of the apartment. There is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine (Delizio machine and capsules CHF 0.50/capsule - Lungo Crema, Ristretto, decaffeinated). On the same floor there is also the cozy living room with balcony facing south (balcony also accessible from the kitchen), a bedroom with a sofa bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom (bathtub/toilet). For bookings of 7 people, an extra bed is available on request. A cot can also be booked free of charge - both must be specified at the time of booking. Dogs are allowed for a fee (CHF 5.00/night, please specify when booking). The road is well signaled from Seewis village with white signposts "Jugendhaus".
