Situated in one of the Fethiye’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, "Avilia Suites" enjoys a prestigious and convenient location. It is right next to the famous promenade filled with restaurants, friendly bars, pubs, jogging and bicycle path. This 40 m2 (430 sq.ft.) suite features a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a washing machine. This suite does not have cooking equipments(stove, microwave, kitchenware, pans, etc) to cook meals and it is not possible to cook in this suite. The space The brand new Avilia Suites in Fethiye is a complex of suite/studio apartments and rooms, thoughtfully designed in order to provide a comfortable holiday experience. All rooms are individually air-conditioned with inverter A/C's providing more comfortable, smoother cooling/heating. Our place is in the spacious part of the town which offers plenty of public free parking space. Additionally, you can park at our private parking space which is located 70 meters away from the apartment.(for free) SUITE DETAILS: Bed capacity: Queen size bed - 160cm x 200cm(63in × 79in) in the bedroom, corner sofa bed - 132cm x 193cm(52in × 76in) in the living room •Location: Ground floor, poolside •Our apartment is in a 3-storey building with a total of 11 units. Please check our other suite/room listings which are in the same building. •For extra comfort and support, Bedroom has an Ergocoil® queen size bed with feather foam. • Living room's and bedroom's double sliding patio doors lead to shared swimming pool area. •Built-in, smart/quiet washing machine with a luminous projection on the floor. • Shared Gym with professional grade equipment (84sqm - 900sqft). Gym is shared by guests of Avilia Suites. • Gym is open between 09:00 – 17:00 (no treadmill). ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFO: •We don't serve/provide breakfast(or any meal) for our guests at the moment. •Housekeeping is performed if specially requested. Housekeepers will enter and clean your suite/room only at your absence. •Housekeeping will not enter the suite during a stay unless specifically requested, or approved, by the guest, to comply with established safety protocols. •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. •Pets are not allowed •It is mandatory for foreign guests to present their passports at the time of check-in.
