The apartment is part of the Sole Alto residential complex, located in the town of Marilleva 1,400 at an altitude of 1,500. Nestled in the green of meadows and woods, it overlooks the entire Val di Sole and the surrounding mountains. In winter it is located directly between the two main ski slopes "Panciana no. 23" and "Nera Marilleva no. 26", just wear the equipment and start skiing! The space The apartment is a three-room apartment fully furnished and developed on two levels: on the 1st the living area with kitchen, living room and terrace, on the 2nd the sleeping area and a bathroom. The living area has a kitchenette equipped with oven and dishwasher, dining table, living room with sofa bed and TV. The space, through a large window, opens onto a small covered terrace, which allows direct view of the green landscape that surrounds the residential complex. Through the internal staircase you reach the room with 2 single beds (one on the ground, one bunk), divided by the double room through a sliding wooden partition. The bathroom has a bathtub. the heating is centralized, but a thermoregulator has been installed so that, through the thermostat located in the bedroom, the internal temperature can be adjusted. Outside there is free private parking, visible from the apartment. Guest access Near the apartment there is a free parking space and for the winter season there is a cabinet on the 5th floor of the property. Other things to note In the apartment there are shelves, doors and closets to store personal belongings; the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. In the cabinets you will find blankets and pillows without pillows without a pillowcase, but linens (sheets and towels) are not available. For linens, it means the traditional sheet, pillowcase + mattress topper + sheet (no duvet cover bag sheet).
