Apartment in the woods Marilleva 1,400 - Sole Alto

The apartment is part of the Sole Alto residential complex, located in the town of Marilleva 1,400 at an altitude of 1,500. Surrounded by green meadows and woods, it overlooks the entire Val di Sole and the surrounding mountains. In winter it is located directly between the two main ski slopes "Panciana n. 23" and "Nera Marilleva n. 26", just put on your equipment and start skiing! The space The apartment is a fully furnished three-room apartment spread over two levels: on the 1st floor, the living area with kitchen, living room and terrace, on the 2nd floor, the sleeping area and a bathroom. The living area has a kitchenette equipped with an oven and dishwasher, a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. Through a large window, the space opens onto a small covered terrace, which allows direct views of the green landscape surrounding the residential complex. Through the internal staircase you reach the room with 2 single beds (one on the ground, one bunk bed), divided from the double bedroom by a sliding wooden partition. The bathroom has a bathtub. The heating is centralized, but a thermoregulator has been installed so that, through the thermostat located in the bedroom, the internal temperature can be adjusted. Outside there is free private parking, visible from the apartment. Guest access There is a free parking space near the apartment, and for the winter season, a locker is available on the 5th floor of the building. Other things to note In the apartment there are shelves, doors and cabinets for storing personal belongings; the kitchen is equipped with the necessary items. In the closets you will find blankets and pillows without a pillowcase, but linen (sheets and towels) is not available. Linen means the traditional sheet, pillowcase + mattress cover + sheet (no duvet cover). Municipality of Mezzana (TN) tourist tax: The tax is a levy introduced by Italian legislation and payable by every person who stays overnight in accommodation facilities or tourist lodgings located in the provincial territory and applies to each overnight stay. Each guest will have to pay €1 to the host for all the days of the stay.
