The Beach House is conveniently located at Puthenthope, Thiruvananthapuram city, by the side of beach and is close to St Ignatius Church, Puthenthope. The neighborhood is typical unspoilt Travancore coastal village setting. You can step out from the house to India’s one of the most beautiful virgin beaches The Beach House is 10 min drive from the Veli Railway Station and 12 min from Kaniyapuram Bus Stand. The international and domestic airports are just 25 minutes away. This room has sea view. The space The modern IT facilities of Technopark, KINFRA Apparel Park, Studio and Film Park, VSSC, Sports Authority of India LNCPE College and Stadium, TBGRI Saraswathy Thangavelu Centre are all within 5 to 15 minutes driving radius. The famed Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple, The Government Secretariat, Zoo and Museum are all within 30 min drive of this home stay. Kovalam beach is 1 hour away Guest access The property has four rooms of which three face the sea directly. It is built on a property of 1500 sq meters and has a nice garden full of flowering plants, fruit trees and coconut palms. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and made to suit a modern life style. Any extra will items will have to be ordered on the previous day. The breakfast is for 8 people if the whole house is booked or 2 people if it is only one room. You can make coffee/tea in the morning using the kettle and the free sachets of coffee powder/tea provided. Extra breakfast person costs Rs 100/ person and for Coffee or Tea Rs 15/ per cup. Lunch and Dinner cooked locally by the caretaker’s family can be provided based on the menu given. There is a local fast food joint which provides food. You can buy fresh fish straight from net and get it grilled at homestay! Kazhakuttam, 5 km away or the Infosys gate near Station Kadavu 6 km have restaurants of all cuisines. Station Kadavu is well connected by Public transport. We do not have a generator and if the power supply is off from the grid the supply is from the inverter and the AC's will not work.
