The apartment is a modern conversion of an elegant Edwardian end of terrace house with a sea view. South-facing with high ceilings and large windows, natural light fills the rooms. Just a 5 mins stroll to the spectacular Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives yet in a quiet area for a relaxing stay. All of St Ives stunning beaches are easy walking distance. An off- road, private parking space is right outside the flat so you avoid the hassle and considerable expense of parking in St Ives. The space A first floor apartment. The rooms are light and spacious with high ceilings, large windows and modern decor. The open plan living room and dining area is spacious with a generous corner sofa, arm chair and foot stool. The dining table with four chairs (a fifth chair is available in the flat if required) is situated in the large bay window, so you can enjoy the lovely sea view as you dine. Free superfast fibre wifi. Smart TV. A fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, built in microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining . Tea towels, oven gloves, dish cloths, kitchen roll, liquid hand soap and washing up liquid are provided. An iron is also provided. A spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a very comfortable pocket sprung mattress and duvet. There is a large chest of drawers and wardrobe. The corner sofa in the living room easily converts into a double bed. Bed linen is provided for all beds. A travel cot and high chair is available on request - we hire baby equipment from our cleaning company and pass on the small charge at cost to our guests if required: £15 per week or part week for a travel cot, £8 for a high chair which is paid by guests via Airbnb. All bedding and towels are provided. Bathroom has a large, powerful walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. A hair dryer is provided. For our winter guests all windows are double glazed, the apartment is centrally heated and there are radiators in every room. We use the apartment ourselves as a family throughout the year and it is set up so that the only things we need to bring with us are our personal items; clothes and toiletries. You are welcome to use everything we keep in the apartment, we want you to feel as 'at home' as we do :) Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.
