The space 'Angolo Fiorito' is a charming bed and breakfast nestled at the intersection of two tranquil streets, just 1.3 km from the historic center of Civitavecchia. This recently constructed B&B features two uniquely themed rooms, each inspired by the diverse international experiences of its owner, Maria Papa. Both rooms are bathed in natural light and offer modern comforts, including air-conditioning, television, and Wi-Fi, accommodating up to six guests. Situated in a serene residential neighborhood, the villa is set on a sprawling 1000 square meter lot adorned with lush Mediterranean vegetation. Guests can savor breakfast in the garden, enveloped by the peaceful ambiance and the warm hospitality of the owners. The B&B is managed by an English teacher specializing in Italian language instruction for foreigners, making it an ideal choice for travelers eager to immerse themselves in Italian culture and language. Its strategic location offers easy access to a variety of attractions, including nearby beaches, the historic 'Terme di Traiano Civitavecchia', and the Etruscan necropolis in Tarquinia. Rome is conveniently reachable by a 45-minute train ride, with frequent departures to St. Peter’s station. The property, part of a villa located in a quiet neighborhood just 1.2 km from the port and the train station of Civitavecchia, is easily accessible by car with a short 5-minute drive or on foot in 15 minutes. For those arriving by car, the nearest highway exit is 5 km from the property, while Fiumicino Airport is a 45-minute drive away. During your stay The owners reside within the same building and are readily available to assist guests with arranging their stay and planning trips in the surrounding area. They are fluent in both Italian and English, and their proficiency with technology allows them to utilize online translation tools effectively, ensuring smooth communication with guests. Other things to note We offer convenient shuttle services to and from the station, airports, and port upon request. Our property has a minimum stay requirement of five nights during June and July, and seven nights in August. For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is three nights. Guests staying for over a week can enjoy special discounts. Additionally, breakfast is available upon request for an additional fee.
