Weston Farm is a small family business, specialising in growing Peony roses, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh award winning farm produce. Located 25 mins North of Hobart, our property is nestled on the fringe of the winery regions – Derwent & Coal River Valleys. This award winning architecturally designed Airbnb is attached to the main residence but entirely private with its own entrance and outdoor entertaining area, with spectacular views into the vast olive grove. (URL HIDDEN) The space Living / Dining / kitchen - Charming and cosy with uninterrupted views into the olive grove with a rolling hills back drop. The north facing Living/Dining area is completely private. Lofty cathedral ceilings enhance the light filled space. It is tastefully furnished with a mix of modern pieces and genuine antiques. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen, feature under bench oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge with freezer. There is an electric kettle and complementary coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided. At an extra cost, upon request we are happy to provide our guests with any of our farm products – from jam and honey to fresh baked sourdough bread and olive oil, this also can be put together in a picnic hamper. There is a wall mounted flat screen television and surround sound and Wi-Fi ( password provided ) Fully heated/air conditioned. Private alfresco entertaining area with BBQ and dining seating. Main Bedroom / EnSuite - Super comfortable queen size bed with luxury linen. Electric blanket and throw rugs for those colder winter months. The ensuite includes a luxurious deep bath and open shower along with a heated towel rail and underfoot heated tiles. Luxury towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided, as well as a hairdryer. While there are no laundry facilities in the apartment, please let us know if you have washing. There is also a laundromat close by in Brighton The Airbnb is suitable for singles or couples (including those travelling with an infant – we provide a portacot). Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment. Access is private, via the sliding door entrance. Guests may self-check in as keys are securely kept in a key lock box - codes provided to guests prior to check in. Guests, please let us know if you plan to check in after 5pm, so I can make sure the outside lights are on. Other things to note Your own transport is required to access the property as our location is rural. Plenty of authentic country sounds – including the farm rooster and girls. There is also, Heston, the farm border collie dog who is very friendly, and a flock of Aylesbury ducks who often wander up to the house especially for their morning feed.
