The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch. The space This unit features open plan living area with a well appointed kitchen with timber bench tops, eclectic dining table and large breakfast bar. It sleeps up to six people with a queen bedroom, twin single bedroom and two single beds in the spacious sleep-out/bedroom three. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in all rooms. Living area is tiled and there is timber look flooring in all bedrooms embracing a beach side theme. There is one spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower. There is a hot outdoor shower. The laundry has a large washing machine and Fisher and Paykel dryer. Guests have access to all amenities of a serviced house. Full linen including bath towels and enough service demands for a maximum of 6 guests. BBQ area includes all requirements. Guest access The unit is part of a Duplex and is a fully independent space with own private entrance, independent front yard area and private back yard deck area.
