Sunny Room in the Villa

This is a private Thai-style room connected to the villa. It has a door facing the courtyard on three sides, and large glass walls with blackout curtains on three sides. It is cool but has air conditioning, a separate small backyard and a separate bathroom in the courtyard. My entire courtyard is 550 sqm, and there is a two-story grapefruit building in the other corner of the small courtyard in addition to this villa. Our neighborhood is a high-end residential area in Chiang Mai. 200 meters walk to the lake inside the community, with a view of Suthep Mountain and the lake, the sunrise and sunset are very beautiful. There is a 4km inner ring road in the community, which is a great choice for cycling and walking. This house is rented separately from other rooms in the house as a special price room, private and independent. Although the price is low, the quality is the same as other rooms in the villa, and the bedding is all natural latex. Beds and furniture are all made of teak wood. The neighborhood is one of the best high-end neighborhoods in Chiang Mai, with a premium clubhouse (paid membership) and restaurants. Beautiful environment and safe management. The location is superior, close to the airport and the ancient city, with two large supermarkets and a farmers market in the neighborhood. There are also famous restaurants, Guan Café, bars and seafood restaurants. The neighborhood is on Chiang Mai's main road, with easy access and great access. The ancient city, royal garden, night zoo and Chiang Mai University are all more than 10 minutes drive away. Guest access The sunny room in the villa is a unique room connected to the villa, and is a sublet. The master bedroom is not for rent and is for the host's use. If the other rooms are booked, there will be other guests in the villa. Because my entire house has 6 rooms, customers are free to choose to rent two room suites or multiple room suites (each room has a limited number of people), family three bedroom suite, four bedroom suite, or single-family house, or the entire courtyard at a partial price. Guests staying in this house have a relatively private small backyard, but can also use the common areas such as the front courtyard. Free self-service laundry and drying is provided. There is a 4km lake in the neighborhood with a reflection of Mount Su Teep, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, sail, and walk around the lake. There are international standard stadiums, swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, gyms. There are good restaurants. These can be used with self-service for a fee. During your stay Language teaching (English, Thai, Chinese, taught by teachers from the mother tongue country, at a preferential price) can be provided for children during the vacation. It is a good choice for family travel as vacation learning is not a waste. Although I am a warm person who is good at communicating, receiving and accompanying, I will respect the privacy of the guests. I have my own private space and you can hardly see me. If you need communication and help, I will be happy to give you advice and an introduction to some local customs. If you can't book a car when you travel, you can book me in advance. I am a very good driver, guide, translator, and companion, and listener. You can also ask me to cook a meal for you. But if I'm not home, we won't be able to see each other, someone else will be looking after the place.
