No dish washing - Private compound with colorful garden - Quit, safe neighborhood The house described in this offer consists of two (also separately usable) apartments, which are connected by a corridor with two doors. So both apartment are equipped with their own private entrance and terrace. The house ( 90 m² ) is suitable for up to 4 guests, since there are 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. One Bedroom features our brand new (2022) King Size Double Bed - 180 x 220 cm! The bigger of both terraces (20 m²) is especially comfortable with a swing bed and a big dinner table and due to a ceiling fan even on hot days a nice area to relax. The kitchens with gas stove and oven, fridges (and freezers) and enough cooking utensils are perfectly suited for a long-term usage. The furniture and ornamental elements made out of tropical timber are supposed to give the whole house an individual, special appearance and make you feel at home in Kenya. Both bedrooms are furnished with a big double bed, mosquito nets, A/C and ceiling fans. You can ask for a TV + DVD Player if you like to watch movies the old school way. One Bedroom has a brand new 32" HD SmartTV. Additionally, you will find a desk, big wardrobes and bookshelves. In the bathrooms you have the option to shower with warm water. Sweet Water / Drinking water is freshly put into containers every day. You can use it to cook, brush your teeth or even for drinking. It is completely safe (we buy it from a Drinking water supplier) - we drink it everyday and have always been fine. Keep in mind that in most holiday homes in Kenya you have to buy every drop of sweet water by yourself! At our place, only very cautious people have to buy water for drinking in sealed bottle in the supermarkets. Bedclothes, towels and daily cleaning (6 times a week) by our housekeeper as well as gas and water are included in the price. The use of the A/C (Air Conditioning System) is not included in the rental rate. It is measured by an power meter and will be charged according to the usage. Guest access Your apartment incl. kitchen, bedroom & bathroom as well as the terrace is completely private. The Swimming Pool and the Sun Beds are shared. The relaxing area next to the fish pond with a small water fall is also shared. Other things to note For long term tenants (more than 13 night stays), our maids offer an in-house laundry service. 700 KSh / washing. Of course, the cleaning of the provided towels and bedclothes is free. +++ Attention +++ - The usage of the A/C (Air Conditioning System) is not included in this price. There is an electric meter for every unit. At the end of your stay, we'll kindly ask you to pay for according to your consumption. It is 25 hSh/kWh as charged by KPLC. - Our five street rescue cats live on the compound.
