Family Boutique Apartment - Pontone Village

La Piazzetta Boutique Apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The house has 2 double bedrooms (extra beds available on request in both rooms), 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room with kitchenette. All rooms are equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and heating. The family apartment is located on the first floor of the building and it is easily accessible by a staircase. The apartment has a fantastic balcony overlooking Pontone square The space The apartment has been carefully renovated, each room has a unique style and soundproofing materials have been used to ensure a relaxing stay. At your disposal there is also a washing machine, a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and overlooks the square of the village of Pontone di Scala, and it is also easily accessible from the main road. The master bedroom has a balcony with a view, while the other 2 bedrooms are located in the attic upstairs. The apartment is not suitable for groups of friends consisting of 3 couples; it is not possible to have 3 double beds. We provide street parking. Parking cost depends on the lenght of your stay (eg. daily ticket €10, 3-day ticket €20, 5-day ticket €30, 7-day ticket €35). Parking is on the street and we will provide a parking permit to display on your car dashboard. Parking is free from November until March (low season). Guest access Our guests will benefit from the whole apartment. Since we care about the environment and to contain energy consumption, we retain the right to limit access to bedrooms based on the number of people who book the apartment.
