Just a short walk from the Old Town entrance of Altea, this cozy and stylishly furnished townhouse offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortalbe stay. With a variety of restaurants only a few minutes away on foot. The roof terrace features a dining table and lounge furniture, perfect for leisurely afternoons in the sun and unforgettable evenings with stunning mountain views. The entire house has been newly renovated to the highest standard, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining room and living room flows into each other from the kitchen. You also find a bathroom with shower and laundry machine on the ground floor. On the first floor you'll find 2 bedrooms and and a second bathroom with shower. In the kitchen there will be some oil/spices/dish washer tablets/kitchen paper roll. In the bathrooms there will be schampo/conditioner/body wash/some toilet paper. Except from towels for bathroom use, there will be beach towels for your use too. Beach chairs can be found under the bench in the bathroom on the first floor. Upon arrival you'll find some cava/beer and snacks in kitchen. Enjoy! Guest access Our private bedroom will be locked and closed during your stay. Otherwise you have full access to the whole house. Other things to note As our house is situated in the Old Town, we have no private parking lot. You can make a quick stop 15 meters from the house. The streets are narrow and one way. You can park in the nearby streets or on the parkings lots at Palau. We will provide you with a map where we have marked out the best parking possibilities nearby. Please note: When you book our house you can rest assure we have all necessary licenses that Generalitat Valenciana demands from us. According to the decret 1513/1959 and 450/1975 and the Royal decret 933/2021 ALL lessors must specify, require and provide the following: • Their licensnummer - and our number is: VT- 457828-A. • Their RUA number, the European licens number: NRA ESFCTU00000530001085490000000000000000000vt457828a9 • We only provide short term rental: minimum 3 nights/maximum 10 nights. • We speak 3 languages: swedish, danish and english. • Our house has a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and an escape plan. • We have the correct house insurance for renting out our house. • We pay tax on our rental incomes in both Spain and Sweden. • We have AC and electrical kitchen units. • You can reach us 24/7 during your stay if you need any help. • For confirmed bookings we will need passport/DNI information for all guest as we need to register you at ses.hospedajes, Spanish Ministry. We use Partee for this matter. All these demands are to make the short term rental market more serious and make life harder for those who don't pay their taxes etc. If our lessors don't ask for your personal informations, you should ask them why..;)!
