Our stone villa is situated on a small hill, among beautiful olive gardens, offering an absolute privacy and great panoramic views from the pool area. Being just a 5 min drive away from the Laganas area and 12-15 minutes from Zante town, its location is favourable both for families or group of friends who want to relax and those who would like to explore the vibrant nightlife and the best sightseeing spots of the island. The space Our private stone villa combines the traditional stone walls with a modern interior focused on comfort. It consists of a living room/kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. Up to 6 guests can be accommodated in total, as following: 1st Bedroom: one king size bed (for 2 guests) 2nd Bedroom: one king size bed (for 2 guests) Living room: one double sofa bed (for 2 guests) Manoir Dennise Villa is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning on all areas • Filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster • Hair Dryer • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Washing machine • Fresh bed linen and towels Our villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which beautifully complement its elegant furnishings. Our guests will have an absolute privacy, being able to enjoy unlimited pool access on the private pool or relax on the sun loungers. Moreover, a poolside shaded outdoor lounging and dining area is available for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Guest access Manoir Dennise Villa is consisted of the ground floor level of the building. The owners of the villa live on the upper level but they have modified the areas in such a way which enables you to have a total privacy (you will not see them and they will not see you at all during your stay, unless you request their help on something). They have a different parking area for their car (from the upper side of the building) and also a different entrance. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if there are some guests departing that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 1-2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
