Home area have markets, banks, hospitals,restaurants and interurban bus ticket office you do not need to go bus terminal. I am try to living minimalist style and home no furnitures. For me important only kitchen. Please leave the clean what you use at home. Winter time I use gas heater system and home is always warm. Summer time I use air-conditioning home is always cool.
