Stylish&modern living space with own bathroom &private terrace. Entire top floor (2nd floor) of my house is exclusively yours including its own south-west facing private terrace! Large comfortable bed 1,90m wide Shower room is light &spacious with rainfall shower unit &large wall to wall mirror. Walk-in wardrobe has many shelves, drawers & hangers. The bedroom leads out onto a lovely terrace with garden & pool view. It has 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs & a coffee table. You have a small fridge too! The space Large, modern and contemporary, self-contained unit situated on the top floor of my townhouse. The top floor is for Airbnb guests only and is not accessed by anybody else nor my family members. This is my home so I do live here. Myself and other Airbnb guests occupy the first floor, so there are shared spaces such as the kitchen, main entrance and staircase. The entrance to the house is on the ground floor. This a shared entrance with other guests and residents. The staircase to the first floor is a shared stairway. The staircase from the 1st floor to your floor (2nd floor), is not shared and only accessed by you and your guest. Your floor is a spacious & contemporary self-contained unit with large, walk-in shower room, toilet & contemporary basin with very large mirror, walk-in wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hangers, and a southwest facing, private terrace decked out with sunbeds, chairs, small table and sun shade. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are good quality. Roller-blinds keep the light out very effectively. Each window has one. There are windows in the shower room and bedroom. Large patio doors open up onto your private terrace. All windows are double-glazed. A kettle and small fridge are available in the room. We have good wifi and bluetooth speakers. Through the bedroom's east-facing window is a view of La Concha mountain. It's beautiful to watch the sunrise from behind Marbella's majestic pride and joy! Across the bedroom are large patio doors onto your own private terrace that overlooks the mature and pretty garden with a swimming pool. The terrace is private and spacious enough to sunbathe on. It's a real sun-trap in the afternoon! Beach towels and parasol are also provided for use by the pool or on the beach. Guest access Parking within the urbanisation is free of charge. One can park 10 metres from the front door. If you are a cyclist, we have plenty of room to store your bike safely indoors. During your stay We tend to let guests get on with it but being sporty, outdoor enthusiasts we are always happy to give advice when it comes to hikes, runs and bike routes! We can also give you plenty advice on local attractions, events, places of interest and great places to eat! Other things to note This is a family home. I ask all guests to be considerate of each other. No loud music and conversations at a reasonable pitch. Only those on your booking are allowed in. For guests wishing to use the washing machine, payment €5 is required. The large kitchen is comunal and fully equipped. Hot water is solar powered and in the summer can get extremely hot.
