Very Central, Private Bathroom, 5' Bed

Our lovely Brighton townhouse is very central, and the cosy west-facing bedroom is bright, airy and right nextdoor to a dedicated spacious bathroom that is solely for the use of our Airbnb guests: - * King 5’ bed * Towels for each guest * Tea & coffee making facilities * Mini fridge * 32"TV + Roku * Fast WIFI * Iron * Hairdryer IMPORTANT NOTE - We have no private parking facilities and, due to our very central location, local onstreet parking & city centre car parks are extremely expensive The space Our guests stay in the west facing bedroom on the first floor with their private bathroom right next door. Guest access Guest access to their bedroom and private bathroom on the first floor is via the shared open staircase from the front door through the open plan living area on the ground floor. There is no guest access to the kitchen. During your stay We are around most of the time and, if not, guests are welcome to call or text my mobile, the number is posted on the wall in their room. We are more than happy to advise and recommend places to visit, restaurants, interesting parts of the City etc Other things to note We have a four year old cockapoo called Teddy Bear. He is incredibly friendly and often gets his own mention in guest reviews. We call him the Meet & Greet Manager!! Due to our open staircase, our property is not suitable for young children There are no laundry facilities, but there are two excellent laundrettes within easy walking distance, details of which are available on request
