Welcome to the vacation home we call "Heavenly"! It is a two-bedroom condo unit situated in a safe, secure and exclusive village in Tagaytay. All our guests that have stayed here have only good, wonderful and exciting things to say about the place. And yes they do come back again and again. Note: Checkin time is now adjusted to 8AM and checkout at 6PM to maximize your stay. We avoid back to back bookings as much as possible for proper disinfection and cleaning. The space The UNIT: Two Bedrooms and Bathrooms. The standard number of guests allowed is (6). Only (1) additional guest can be accommodated with a fee. Total of (7) all in all. Aside from family bonding, this is also a good hangout for "barkadas" or small group team building. Just be mindful of the noise. Globe Wifi is available (Speed depends on Globe network). We have some game boards like chess and backgammon at the living room table that you can use. Flat iron + ironing board and hairdryer are provided and are stowed in the bedroom one closet. The TOILET & BATH AREA: Towels, Hand soap, and Toilet paper will be available, other toiletries you have to bring. The KITCHEN: Fully equipped with: Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Fully Automatic Rice Cooker, Cooking Utensils, Kettle Pot, Toaster & Lavazza Coffee Machine (Capsule Type). Hot & Cold water dispenser with purified drinking water (3 gals. for overnight/ 5 gals. for two days or more) is provided. Clean water is sourced from Wilkin's, Agua Vida, Absolute or Crystal Clear preferably. The WATER PRESSURE & ELECTRICITY Water pressure is strong and stable. The two bathrooms & kitchen sink are equipped with a hot water system. Should there be any power interruption, a standby generator can power the whole condominium (It will still be quiet & peaceful as the generators are located far away from the condo units). Other things to note Mandatory Items: 1. Wearing of face mask. 2. Wearing of face shield. 3. Accomplished Health Declaration form (The form will be emailed to you upon confirmed booking) 4. Valid ID's Other details: * Allowed number of guests is six (7). * Maximum additional guest allowed is two (2) - extra beds will be provided. Driver's Quarters can be arranged. (Don't forget to provide food & drinking water for them). You may be wondering why we had a lag in rental in the last few months. It was because of a tenant that violated house rules greatly affecting our hosting. We have sorted this out and be rest assured that this is the same quality vacation place we maintain with all the very good reviews we had in the past. *** The unit rate per day may vary depending on the season. ***
