Previously the home of a fisherman’s family, this house was renovated in April 2018 and is now a Special Zone Vacation Rental Guest House. 10 minutes from the airport, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, a perfect home for long-term stay. It comes with a parking space so we suggest you to rent a car after arriving at the airport, leave your luggage, and explore Senshu, Hannan, Wakayama, and Nara. The space This house, themed "Everyday japan" was designed and renovated by a group of people who runs long-established traditional Japanese hotels. Its small entrance hall, steep staircase, and unique Japanese-style tatami rooms showcase the typical layout and facilities of a Japanese home, while providing spaces for the entire family to relax and spend time together. The stylish furniture in the living room, kitchen, and dining room are made by a Japanese brand Karimoku. House Layout: ‬‬ 1F: Car parking, entrance, toilet, bathroom with shower and bathtub, washing machine, living room/ kitchen/ dining room featuring sofas and chairs by a famous Japanese furniture brand Karimoku, and one traditional Japanese-style tatami-matted room. In this tatami rooms, guests are able to sleep on comfortable single-size futon mattresses. The ceiling window in the kitchen lets in abundant sunlight. 2F: One bedroom with double beds, and two Japanese-style tatami-matted rooms. In tatami rooms, guests are able to sleep on comfortable single-size futon mattresses. Rooms feature soft lighting provided by traditional Japanese-style lamps. The guest house can accommodate up to 11 people. The house also has its own parking spot, which allows guests to drive directly from Kansai International Airport. One thing you can do is to simply drop your luggage and travel to interesting places like Senshu, Hannan, Wakayama, Nara and other sightseeing spots—including Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Wakayama which are accessible by car. The guest house also provides excellent access to train services. The house is located only three minutes walk from JR Izumisano Station. To enable guests to experience a similar lifestyle to traditional everyday Japanese lifestyles, the accommodation does not include TV game equipment. Most importantly, we value “Everyday Japan (a peaceful lifestyle)” above all else, so we kindly ask our guests to be considerate and respectful to the residents and neighbors during their stay.
