Black Pebble Beach House

The house was built in 2017, architect designed, modern but with a fabulous laid back coastal feel. Created to bring the outdoors inside with views of the native gardens, the sound of the ocean, local bird life and the wafting sea breeze. The space Cape Woolamai is on the famed Phillip Island, 1 1/2 hours drive from Melbourne. Black Pebble beach House is in a quiet, ocean front street, with the main traffic being people walking their dogs and others wandering off to the beach which is accessed down a sandy bush track 150 metres from the house . Phillip Island has many tourist attractions including its famous surf beaches on the southern side, its bay beaches on the northern side which are great for swimming for families with children and its fishing and boating facilities. Other tourist attractions are the World famous Penguin Parade, the Phillip Island Chocolate Factory, the township of Cowes and a host of restaurants, wineries and many local markets. The Phillip Island Grand Prix motor racing circuit holds the Australian round of the World Moto GP and Superbikes annual events, as well V8 Supercars and numerous Historic and Classic car and motorbike weekends. There is also a museum and GP Go Kart circuit for the family to enjoy. Guest access The whole house is available for guests including the garage for their cars. In the garage there are bicycles and boogie boards for guest to use at their own risk. Full laundry facilities are supplied. There is a locked cupboard in the laundry which is not for guest access. Clothes line and gas bottle access is on the western side of the house. The barbecue on the back deck is for guests as well. Free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the living area and in the children's TV room so you can access your favourite Netflix or Stan services! Other things to note All linen and bath towels provided. Just bring your own beach towels! Coffee pod machine is the Espressotoria Capino system. Pods provided too!
