Amore by the Bay - Centre of Town

Amazing central location less than 2 minute walk from the centre of main street and the main patrolled beach- this location is as central as it gets. Walking distance to everything you need. Family-friendly accomodation sleeping upto 4 in 2 x queen beds. Comfortable, clean and modern fully self-contained accommodation. We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely place in the centre of beautiful Apollo Bay. The space Single-level property with private courtyard and modern styling. First bedroom has a queen bed, TV and built in robe. Second bedroom has a queen bed and built in robe. There is one bathroom with a toilet and a shower (no bath). A washing machine is provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including oven, microwave, dishwasher and pod coffee maker (Aldi brand BYO pods - but we recommend the amazing coffee shop 50metres away instead!). 32 inch Smart TV in loungeroom. Free unlimited WiFi. Lots of board games/kids games/books and DVD's are free to use during your stay. Outdoor area - There is a Weber BBQ and outdoor setting in the lovely courtyard as well as a small area of synthetic turf. It is a perfect space for soaking up the sun & kids playing. Other - Previous listing reviews may note the 3rd bedroom. At present this is NOT available and locked off. Dog friendly for certain pets via negotiation- please discuss when requesting a booking. Heating/cooling via a split system in the lounge room. Portable fans in the bedrooms. The house is one of 2 units on the very large block (single level) and well-spaced away from the adjoining unit ensuring plenty of privacy, although it is not suitable for loud parties or noise. Ample street parking on wide/quiet street is available (no off-street parking). Cleaning and Linen - Linen supplied. BYO towels. Any questions - please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Guest access Full access to the 2 bedrooms and private courtyard. There are 3 locked cupboards for owner equipment but otherwise the house is yours for the stay. A 3rd bedroom is also locked off during your stay (no guests). Access to the garage is not provided. There is no off-street parking but a huge quiet street with loads of room out the front for safe on-street parking. Other things to note The house is clean and comfortable and more weather/windproof than many of the cottages in the Bay - a couple of quirky things to know - - the floorboards can be creaky - if you have kids who run non stop around at the crack of dawn then bring some earplugs - the water pipes make a little noise during use sometimes. We don't think it will bother you (no-one so far has commented) but if you are sensitive to these things then be aware. -it is a family home with love; not a luxury 5* hotel hotel. There are plenty of supplies and lots of extra special touches ( eg games, books, dvd's etc) but all the crockery may not match perfectly or be perfectly brand new. We think this adds personality and it is cosy & comfy with heaps of space and there is ample of everything including cleaning supplies, pantry basics etc!
