There are shops and buses only 5 min's walk away, you can buy food, take-a-ways or eat in. Our home is near the end of a cul-de-sac and is quiet. Rotorua's Cultural Geothermal, Forest and Lake Attractions are at our doorstep♨️ There is off street car parking, a great neighborhood. Queen size bed, private room. Bath shower kitchen wifi✅ The space Its a warm brick modern flat 4 bedroom home with an internal garage🏡 Gas hot water with a Heat Pump and Fireplace🔥Shared spaces include a Lounge, separate Toilet, separate Bath and Shower room, seperate Dinning area, Kitchen with breakfast bar. Shared Fridge kitchen utensils, microwave, airfrier, kettle etc ✅Bed & Bathrooms have internal doorlocks for privacy. There is a Patio out the back rannchslide with a few chairs to soak in the sun or to view the beautiful evening stars and Milky Way in the private back section.🌌 There is ample area in the Front Yard and driveway for guest vehicle to park. 🚙Shops, Takeaways & Bus Stop is only a 3-5min walk 🚶‍♀️ Guest access Guests have shared access to Lounge ( libary of books no tv)📚 Dinning Area, Kitchen, Breakfast Bar🧋 Laundry & Hall cupboard for extra towels, toilet paper etc.⚕ Backyard and Patio, Table & Chairs. beautiful views of the night sky and Milkyway During your stay I will take your lead. Please dont expect it, or treat it like a Hotel or Motel, please treat it like a good friends home.🙏 It is also my experience and that of many guests that sadly they never allocated enough time, only two days which isnt enough. ❗ Three to four days is suggested, especially if your venturing to Sanctary Mountain; Hobberton, Lake Taupo, Waitomo Glowworms Cave as there are many more wonderful sights and experiances locals can inform you about along the way like free natural hotsprings, natural land bridges and waterfalls to name a few. 🌿
