Holiday apartment at only 2 minutes’ walk to the emblematic Caleta beach. Near typical bars and restaurants. Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral. The space We comply with Airbnb cleaning recommendations due to COVID-19. The apartment consists of: • a large living room with a separated bedroom section (double bed). The sofa can be converted in another bed (comfortable for a child only). • a small room with a sofa bed (single bed, extendable to a double bed) • a bathroom (shower only) • a fully equipped spacious kitchen • Two small balconies with lateral views to the beach and to the Cathedral Good internet connection - WiFi (300 MB/s). The total surface is approximately 80 m2. The apartment is equipped with blankets and sheets, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, kitchen- and tableware, air conditioning, heating. There is neither dishwasher nor television. The building has neither lift nor reserved parking. Public parking space is available in the sorroundings. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.
