Experience relaxed and eventful holidays with your family at Villa Lotta! The space Villa Lotta is a vacation home with lots of character and charm - and it should stay that way. With our dear Aunt Lotta, we experienced our most beautiful holidays as children and we would like to share that with you and your family. Guest access On the ground floor, the house has a spacious living room, a large cozy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster) and a guest toilet. The beautiful garden with sun terrace and pergola are perfect for relaxing, especially in summer. In addition, the house has a radio, a satellite TV with DVD player and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. On the upper floor there are 2 double rooms and a single or children's room with mountain views, as well as the bathroom with bathtub, toilet and separate shower. The large bedroom also has access to the balcony. In the basement there is another cozy and quiet bedroom for 2-3 people, as well as another bathroom with a large Finnish sauna and shower. The wardrobe in the basement offers enough space for ski clothes and shoes in winter. Other things to note Notes on the offers: The visitor's tax is charged extra. The included services can be found under Schliersee spa fee. The visitor's tax is €2.00 per night for an adult and €1.00 for children aged 6 years and over. Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more. Otherwise, the cleaning fee is €75. Cleaning during the stay is possible on request for a fee. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are available for you and are included in the final price. In the summer season, 2 bicycles (a men's and a women's bike) are available free of charge.
