Newly renovated studio apartment in a very quiet dead end street w/ 24 hrs security guard , fully equipped kitchen, close to public transportation - jeepneys & tricycle.All 3 major University w/ in 5-10 minute ride. CSI Mall & CSI Stadia is just 5 minutes ride , Tondaligan beach is 30 minutes ride by jeepney. Walking distance to Filipino, Korean & McDo restaurants. Hundred Island is hour and half drive by car. During your stay I have a bldg manager her name is Mercy who is available anytime to assist our guest and if me and my husband are not traveling I will be available to assist and give some tips where to eat and places to visit around the city or the neighboring towns.
