Casa del Cape is a five bedroom residence with enough space to comfortably cater for 13-15 guests, comprising of 4 couples and 4-6 kids. Bedrooms 4 (Queen) and 5 (4 x Single Bunk Beds) share a common area and are ideal for a family unit or a kids retreat. A short 7 min walk to the quiet beach, kids playground and 10 min walk to surf beach and shops. The location of this property is not going to disappoint. Newly refurbished and fully equipped living areas will make your stay most enjoyable. The space Casa del Cape is a home away from home. Having undergone full refurbishment in December 2020, the property boasts an fully equipped kitchen, dining that comfortably seats 13, comfortable furniture and luxurious bedding it’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the local slights and beaches. Perfect for a couple of families who are looking for a weekend escape together or a group of friends looking to get away to explore the Gippsland coast. Whatever motivates you, we know you won’t be disappointed in Casa del Cape. Newly installed ducted refrigerated cooling and heating upstairs, split systems down stairs, coupled with the wood fire for cold winters nights, this property is perfect all year round. Enjoy sitting on the deck, watching the sunset (with a drink to enjoy), music playing; it doesn’t get more serene than this. With the following bedding arrangements the property is perfect for groups of 6-8 adults or a couple of family units. The bedding arrangements must be accepted prior to your booking being confirmed. Bedroom(s) 1&2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + King Single Loft (Bunk) Bedroom 4^: Queen Bed Bedroom 5^: 4 x Single Bunk Beds Additional Bedding: 2 x Roll-away beds and a porta-cot are available if requested. ^ Bedrooms 4&5 share the same room / space, while this perfect for a family unit or kids retreat it may not be suitable for all groups of 8 or more adults. Please note accepting the bedding and sleeping configuration is a condition of booking. The kitchen is fully equiped with Oven, Induction Cooktop, kitchen utensils and general kitchen appliances. With pans, tins and all the utensils you need, you won’t feel like you’ve even left home. If you’re a coffee lover then we have you covered. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial grade (ISOMAC) coffee machine, Fierenzato All ground l grinder and all the implements you need to make perfect coffee at home. If you’re less adventurous we also have a Nespresso pod machine for push button Coffee. The dining table measures in at 3m andb seat 13 comfortably, so you won't feel like you're boxed in even if you're enjoying holidays with a couple of families. Upstairs Deck has a four-burner bar-be-queue and outdoor setting to seat 6-10 and strip heating making it cosy to sit out and enjoy after the sun has gone down The main lounge is equipped with an 85” smart TV, with wall mounted 50” screens in all bedrooms. All screens can enjoy Digital TV as well as the complimentary subscriptions for Netflix, Binge, Kayo, Disney+ and CatchUp TV. SONOS speakers throughout the property (including upstairs deck) allows you to enjoy Spotify via the music streaming service throughout the house. Downstairs office space has a sit/stand desk, comfortable ergonomic chair as well as a computer (which doubles as a screen if you have your own laptop to plug in to a usb-c dock) and printer which makes the place perfect for working holidays. Coupled with fast internet (Verified by AirBnB at 105mbps), the office (and home) feature high end WiFi 6 devices with full 5ghz signal throughout the property. We’re more than happy to accomodate small pets. If you’re looking for the next place to share with your four legged loved ones, then Casa Del Cape is open for a holiday with your pampered pet a pet fee will be required as well as a bond payable via Airbnb after your booking is accepted. The enclosed backyard suitable for small animals, so they will be able to enjoy some time in the sun. While we welcome small dogs (please no cats due to allergies), it's important that you respect the space for others to enjoy, so please no pets on furniture or beds and if damage is caused by your animal costs may be incurred in any repairs or rectification. An additional $350 security bond will be requested after booking confirmation is accepted when bringing a pet. This will be refunded on check out providing no damage has been sustained as a result of the pet. We wanted to bring our best experiences to our own Coastal Stay, so you too can feel at home at the Cape. Guest access There’s plenty of parking on the property. Carport can cater for two cars, with an additional two in the driveway. Other things to note Check in is 3pm Check out is 10am Depending on availability early check in / late checkout is available for an additional fee. Idle cleaning fees will be incurred for late departure from the property (failure to check out on time). Please refer to house rules.
