In high season, the liveliness of the city creates a festive atmosphere, but our secret garden will allow you to escape the summer frenzy. Whether you want to relax in the shade or soak up the sun, this outdoor space is perfect for recharging your batteries. "A charm of yesteryear": although the villa Sainte Anne, our great-grandmother, has undergone a careful renovation, it retains all its authenticity. The brass handles and old shutters tell a story, and every detail reflects the unique character of this place. You will feel the soul of a house full of history, which has seen time pass and which even evokes a past marked by the Second World War. Some tiles retain traces of paintings testifying to the occupation by German officers, adding a historical dimension to your stay. Let yourself be seduced by the soul of this place, which for our family is exceptional. Guest access "Entrance to the villa": we will welcome you, you can access the villa from 4 p.m. in principle. "Accessible spaces": You will have access to all the rooms of the villa including the garden and the terrace. Enjoy these spaces to relax! "Availability" I will be available to answer any questions you may have by message on the site or by phone throughout your stay, please contact me. "Local tips" The villa is ideally located. You will find all the shops nearby and the beach at the end of the street. Other things to note "Rules of Life and Amenities": - "Storage Space: Your bikes and surfboards are welcome! You can safely store them on the terrace, so you can make the most of your stay without worrying about space. - "Use of the Plancha": For convivial moments around a good meal, the plancha is available in the garden. Please use it outside to preserve the terrace, unless you carefully protect it. - "Bed linens: For your comfort, we provide duvets, pillows, sheets and covers only for one-week stays. For weekends, remember to bring your own linen. The dimensions of the beds are as follows: a king-size bed (160 cm), a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm) for more flexibility. - "Waste Management": In order to keep our villa clean and welcoming, we kindly ask that you manage your waste. Please take out the garbage, with a schedule of collection times displayed in the villa, as well as directions for glass. - "Make Yourself at Home": For the rest, feel free to enjoy your stay as if you were at home.
