Heritage house by the river

A heritage house and cottage 9 km/ about 15 minutes from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . The house has two guest rooms and the cottage three. Free use of all common spaces , gardens , swimming pool ,Kayaks, snooker table and other facilities. Breakfast is included. Other meals may be available at a charge and will be served in the dining area only. Guests would need to inform FOUR hours in advance. The space Set in three acres of coconut garden and backwaters with all modern ameneties , swimming pool and facilities for ayurvedic spa treatment. Ideally located to go to the nearby beaches, temples old forts or boating/kayaking along the river. There is our own private island, 'Sahil' Across from the house which you could explore on our boats. Guest access Independant access to all bedrooms and the stand alone Cottage is totally independant. Other things to note It's quite safe, but if you decide to swim in the river please make sure you have insurance and have written your will. When you stay with us either as a couple or a group as far as possible , we do not allow anybody else on the property to give you utmost privacy. ( Except during holiday season where we may have a couple or group in the main house and another in the cottage. TO CLEAR ANY DOUBTS HOWEVER Please note that additional person charges apply for each person beyond two upto a maximum of 8 adults. Each couple will get an additional bedroom.
