Smoke detector, fire sprinkler system, A/C, heating, TV, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron. Please no shoes as the timber floor is brand new. Guest access The recycling and general waste bins are located at the rear of the building in the refuse room. Yellow for recycling. Use apartment key for access. Other things to note There is an extra keysafe located to the left of the apartment door. This keysafe houses a spare key incase you lose your key or because of some other emergency. You will need to contact me through the airbnb app, I will then supply you with the code for the keysafe.
