Country house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room! We have put lots of thought to ensure you have all the things needed for a great stay! The house is furnished with comfort and usability through the design. Total inside and out renovation just completed. Brand new appliances throughout. It's clean and bright with lots of natural light. If you need space for additional guests ask about adding the guest suite accessible through the breezeway of the house. The guest suite can sleep 2-3 additional guests and has its own bath, living room and kitchenette. For this area it's best if you rent a car. There will is plenty of parking for all types of vehicles. Easily fits board, RVs and all types of cars. I plan to speak with all the guests staying at our home. Sometimes I do stay in the guest house while there are renters in the main house so it’s possible that we might meet during your stay. Finley is located between Kelseyville and Lakeport. Has great access to the Lake, local vineyards, hiking and parks. For this area it will be best to have a car for exploring the area. Cleaning -Additional cleaning fees will apply if you leave the house in a condition that requires more than three hours of cleaning. $500 fee will apply for any smoking inside our home. This includes any type of smoking. Dogs only can be allowed with permission from the owner - We can not accept other animals. Large parties will not be allowed. Please pull all drapes and blinds and ensure things are closed and patio furniture covered at check out.
