The space Our ground floor apartment is one of 36 apartments nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac amidst beautiful tropical gardens within one of Palm Cove best resorts – Oasis at Palm Cove. Spacious and tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home, you will relax as soon as you open the door. Spacious living areas, combining lounge, dining and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and cooking appliances you can choose to entertain at home or by the pool or dine at an array of venues only minutes away. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with fans in all living and sleeping areas (essential in the tropics). This listing is for a maximum of 6 guests, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for families or three couples. There are two bathrooms; master bedroom with ensuite, the second bathroom with shower over bath, a separate powder room and fully equipped laundry with front loader and dryer. Master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and adjoining main balcony area. Second bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with two singles with the option of configuring to a third king bed. Quality linen is provided for all beds and we have recently purchased new King mattresses. There are two private balconies: one adjoining the second and third bedrooms, and a larger balcony adjoining the master bedroom and lounge. The rear balconies have security locks to ensure children remain safe if adults are entertaining at the front of the apartment. Unit 4 is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in the tropical ambience of Oasis at Palm Cove, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of tropical gardens. You will be mesmerised by beautiful blue and black Ulysses butterflies and green tree frogs if you are lucky enough to see them. A large flat screen TV, DVD player and music system is provided in the lounge for guests. We have also provided a collection of DVD's, CD's, games, and books for guests to enjoy and for those a little more energetic, tennis racquets. For families with infants, we can provide a highchair and cot upon request. Guest access Guests have full access to resort amenities. There is a stunning 26 metre pool, a spa and wading pool for children, and a fabulous BBQ and amenity area so you can stop and chill. The spa and pool are heated in the cooler months so guests can enjoy all year round. There is a full-size tennis court for those who are more energetic. Our apartment is a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the Williams Esplanade where guests can experience an array of eclectic restaurants and shopping experiences that Palm Cove is renowned for. The Palm Cove Tavern is located directly over the road, with convenient family dining, ATM and the only bottle shop in Palm Cove. Other things to note Our apartment is easy to access with only a few steps before entry to our apartment. No climbing stairs to higher floors or lugging heavy suitcases upstairs as there are no lifts in the resort. Guests are provided with comprehensive arrival and departure details with check in availed through a secure lock box code. One underground secure car park is availed for guests. Access is provided upon check in via a remote control and keys. Apartment, car park and pool fob keys are provided via a master code lock to the apartment. We encourage guests to utilise supermarkets offering home delivery – so convenient (even though Coles is only 5 minutes away) even less for you to do when you arrive! There is also a bus stop just outside the resort, the Palm Cove Tavern directly over the road with family friendly dining, an ATM and the only bottle shop in Palm Cove.
