Private bedroom with en-suite attached to our family home located in sunny Lake Hayes Estate. Separate entrance and off street parking. Restaurants and convenience store located within 10min walk. Minutes from the bus stop which takes you into Queenstown. Walk or bike the local trails right from the doorstep or go a bit further and experience Arrowtown, Glenorchy, Wanaka and Cromwell all of which are within 45min drive. I have 3 girls so you may hear them playing occasionally.
