We offer one private room with a private attached bathroom. Common living room, patio and garden can be used by guests. Independent entrance. Basic breakfast is included in the tariff. Other meals if really needed can be provided at sufficient notice and at extra charges between Rs 100 and 250. Very limited use of house kitchen is possible at an extra charge of Rs 50 per day. House washing machine can be used at an extra charge of Rs 100 per load. Two wheeler can be parked inside . The space It is our sprawling private bungalow with a big garden and heritage look. It is located in a prime location of Jaipur. It is very centrally located and it is convenient to travel to all parts of the city from our place. Public transport is easily available. We offer only one room to guests suitable for twin sharing. We respect privacy of guests and communicate as per their convenience and requirements. For security reasons main gates are locked between 11 pm and 6 am. However, there is no rigidity or restriction on guests for entry and exit earlier or later as long as they are keeping the host informed. They can access to kitchen for limited use of fridge and for filling drinking water from RO. They can also access to washing and drying area for using washing machine and drying clothes. Our place is very reasonably priced looking at location and facilities offered. It is suitable only for those who understand the concept of Airbnb. We offer every thing that is mandatory by Airbnb.
