Professionally managed by Canbnb. This is a generous 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Reid - right next to Canberra's city centre and conveniently close to just about everything! Restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping centre and Lake Burley Griffin are all within short walking distance. It's a great place to stay while you're in Canberra - be that for business or leisure. Please check the full listing information as it should answer most of your questions. The space This apartment is located on the second level of the building, with lift access. It has a large living space, separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom/laundry. BEDROOM: Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You are welcome to use the fully-equipped kitchen during your stay. It has: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and complete set of cutlery - toaster - electric kettle - microwave We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use and Chromecast. It has access to local channels as well. There is also central heating and air conditioning in the apartment. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. There are also options for free and paid street parking. Free time limited parking in front of building. Paid parking at the Church next door or the carpark on the opposite side of Constitution Ave (open air / not covered). Paid by the hour. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. Strata Notice: Basement cleaning will take place on Saturday, February 8th 2025, 8:30am to 4:00pm Please ensure all vehicles and items stored in your car spaces are removed from the area to allow for a successful clean. The CIT carpark is open and free on weekends, so cars can be moved there while the basement cleaning is conducted if need be. As a developing residential suburb, some construction noise from the ongoing works across the street and renovation works in the building between the hours of 6am to 8pm, 7 days a week including holidays, can be anticipated and might affect your stay. As the construction works is currently in the digging phase, the property may not be suitable for working from home guests.
