The space Our King or twin room is 22 square metres in size and features contemporary styling and amenities, brand new plush carpets, comfortable pillow top King bed that can be split into 2 Singles if required and walk-in en-suite shower room. The room overlooks the rose and herb garden and further to our sheep paddock. Relax with the in-room entertainment system featuring 32-inch flat-screen LCD TV with DVD player. Enjoy our large, well-ventilated bathroom and Ecossential bathroom treats. When required, work away at a writing desk with additional power points for laptops, mobile phones and iPods, plus bedside radio alarm clock. A range of pillow types are available to choose from. In room mini-bars contain a range of delicious snacks and local beers and wines. All our room rates include Wifi and tea & coffee making facilities. We can provide guests travelling with infants a cot, baby bath and high chair at no additional cost and we are happy to heat baby food or formula or milk on request. Guest access There is a common area for meals in our dining room, a guest lounge and an outdoor fire-pit and gardens. During your stay We are a hosted Bed & Breakfast so either Gary or Lorraine or both of us will be present during your stay however we will give you as much or little space as you need. Other things to note Our cat lives on property but we keep her out of the guest bedrooms in case anyone suffers from an allergy. Some spaces are shared - communal breakfast room, outdoor deck, outdoor fire-pit area and gardens.
