Welcome to our studio, ideally located between Arras, Cambrai and Douai, in the heart of Arleusis. Comfortable accommodation on the ground floor of a building with 4 apartments, with access via a private and enclosed courtyard. Free and easy parking on a quiet street. For an overnight stay or a short trip, enjoy the many nearby hiking trails and bike paths. For everyone's safety, cameras are present only in the courtyard. The space Fully private studio including: * A sleeping area with a double bed. * A kitchenette area equipped with a fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, as well as dishes and cutlery. * A dining area. * A private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchenette is intended for heating up or having a simple meal, but it is not suitable for cooking.
