Note : Our kitchen equip with cooking facilities. Kindly bring food and cook here. Note: **4 years old and above is considered one head. Kindly select the right amount of people coming with you. Unaccounted guests will result in booking cancellation The space The House A cozy house with 2 bedrooms + a loft attached to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double decker (2 queen beds below and 1 king above) with a wardrobe and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The loft has 2 single beds. There's a fully functional kitchen with a living area and a veranda. There is an infinity swimming pool attached to the veranda of the house. The Bedrooms: A self-contained place with comfortable beds. The beds together can sleep 10 people. The Annex. The annex is a separate and smaller housing space located about 100 ft away with a double decker : 2 singles on the lower deck and 1 queen on the upper deck with a bath and toilet attached. The annex can house a maximum of 4 with additional charges. Please contact the host directly for annex inquiries and reservations. Annex reservation is to be paid separately. The Kitchen Well equipped with kitchen appliances. There's a stove where you can cook your favorite dishes. There's also a microwave, kettle, fridge and many kitchen utensils. Drinking water is NOT provided. Please bring your own. BBQ area A BBQ set is available for guests, including a stainless steel grill mesh. Hot plate grills are not available. Please bring your own charcoal and fire starter. Common Space & Fishing All guests are allowed to use the badminton court. Please bring your own badminton rackets and shuttlecocks. Guests can fish in the adjacent river but must bring their own fishing paraphernalia. Extra Guests Extra guests are strictly not allowed. Day guests (non-sleeping guests) will be charged RM 50.00 per person and must be informed before coming to Aman Dusun. No extra mattress for extra guests. Guest access The Riverview House is just the start of the Aman Dusun experience. There are many other interesting features within the space. This includes a goat farm that produces the very milk and yogurt provided during breakfast. If you walk around, you will see an array of different trees that grow a wide variety of fruits: rambutan, durian, pulasan etc. Riverview guests are not allowed in the Blue House and the Blue House pool. Our common spaces include the badminton court but please bring your own rackets and shuttlecocks and a yoga syala. Yoga classes is available upon request at 7.00 am to 8.15 am Guests need to pay RM25 per pax minimum 3 pax per group. Although there's a river nearby, we do not encourage guests to swim in it because the current can be unpredictable. Feel free to walk around Aman Dusun, visit its attractions, and learn its history. Other things to note Our place have lots of hills and uneven stone pathways. It might not be suitable for guests who have knee problems, on wheelchairs and elderly with health issues. The usage of Riverview pool is strictly for Riverview guests only. The usage of the Bluehouse pool is strictly for Bluehouse guests only. No other guests will be allowed near the pool. We have guard dogs in the vicinity and although most of the time they are in their kennel, the dogs roam around at 5pm till 6pm to do their business. Be cautious.
