Situated at a 2-minute drive and/or 6-minute walk from Jabi Lake Mall where you can conveniently shop or watch a movie. This pleasant flat is in a secure and accessible environment. The space It’s unique for its town proximity. Being close to the highway, one can get to town within minutes, without having to experience the light Abuja traffic. Lover of exercise? There are gyms close by and you can take advantage of the spaces around the house to stroll, power walk, jog or run as you so desire. Guest access You can access the exterior gym. WiFi, Laundry - Washer & Dryer are available but at a cost. Cleaning fee of $15 only applies to a stay of no more than 7 days. Each week (1-7days) extra attracts additional cleaning fee. All additional costs can be discounted, depending on length of stay as we welcome both short and much longer stays (up to months). Other things to note There is generally stable light. However, in the case of no light, the generator comes up at the following times. Night: 6PM - 12Midnight Morning: 6AM - 8AM Light carries all amenities.
