Rome Retreat

Our house is situated north of the city center in a lush, green valley immersed in the true Roman countryside. Our local village of Castelnuovo Di Porto is a beautiful medieval village where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, supermarkets etc along with direct rail links to the very heart of Rome’s city center. The old village, with it’s medieval castle and stunning piazza allows you to sit back and relax in the piazza bar and watch the world go by without you! The space Your apartment is recently renovated and everything in the apartment is brand new (2019). You have your own private enclosed garden outside your apartment plus a separate sunken terrace area with sun-beds and BBQ facilities which is exclusively for your private use. The apartment is spacious, luxurious and designed with your every need in mind to allow you to just relax and enjoy your holidays. We have a labrador, Maddy who roams the gardens (except for your private garden outside the apartment-there is a fence!) and chickens that lay fresh eggs daily that are far away from your line of sight! There are fly screens on the windows and although there is no air conditioning in the apartment, that is because it remains very cool throughout the hot, summer months and does not need it. The boiler is located outside the property therefore a carbon monoxide monitor is not needed inside the property. Guest access You will have your own private garden and a sunken terrace to sun bathe or have a BBQ etc with spectacular views of the valley. Other things to note We only accept bookings of two adults as we feel our accommodation is not suitable for children or infants.
