40 m2 of serenity near Paris

Nestled in the heart of a preserved and quiet neighborhood, the Guest House (40 m2) welcomes you for a peaceful stay close to Paris, Versailles and the forest of Meudon. You will find all the comforts you need to rest, with a touch of ecology (organic products, green energy, recycling). The accommodation is located at the back of a garden and is completely independent (private entrance). You will therefore be totally at home, even if our house is semi-detached. The space The 40 m2 Guest House (single-storey) consists of: - A living/dining room with sofa and table - A large bedroom with a double bed, a desk area and many cupboards and wardrobes (possibility of providing a baby bed for babies if you wish to come with family). - A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster...) with everything you need to eat and cook. - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Guests also have free access to the garden (shared with us). The garden is also our cat's kingdom. Guest access Transportation is in the immediate vicinity of the Guest House: Train station to get back to Paris and bus stop 171 to Versailles is a 2-minute walk. Access to the Meudon Forest is a 5-minute walk. The city center of Chaville has many shops and is within walking distance.
