Manan Homestay - Cottage 1

Manan home stay evolved around our belief to develop a sustainable, low carbon footprint accommodation. All the materials used while building are eco-friendly such as laterite earth blocks and Kerala terracotta clay tiles along with solar power, rain water harvesting, etc. Savor the unique experience of life on a integrated farm surrounded with coffee, pepper and paddy (Rice) fields; the 'stillness' of the early morning broken only by cries of the horn bills and a variety of birds. The space Eco friendly and sustainable are the buzz words. Each of the 2 cottages have 1 King size bed and an additional single bed which accommodates 3 adults; accommodating a total of 6 adults. The dining room and the patio are shared locations for guests travelling with up to 3 people. 3+ guests will have the whole space to themselves. Guest access Guests have access to the entire living accommodation made available. They are also free to walk around the farm during the day with our knowledge. Other things to note There is a seasonal shallow stream flowing through the property where guests can spend time dipping their feet in the water and enjoying the sunlight filtering through the lush trees that surround it. We have two adorable Indies who love the outdoors. They are our guard dogs and take care of the farm. Although adorable, please avoid petting them.
