Eugene's Place-Amazing Athens View

A small space in a rooftop renovated from scratch and converted into a designer’s studio with a breathtaking, panoramic view of Athens. From the roof garden you can enjoy a view of the Acropolis, Lycabettus hill, the sea and the city skyline. It is located in the heart of Athens, in Kolonaki, a safe residential neighborhood, close to the historic and commercial area and to major subway stations. Ideal for guests who need tranquility but at the same time they can reach in a few minutes the city. The space Eugene's place is a small studio (20 sq. m.) that was designed in 2016 from the owners Ifi & Emilio, both Architects. The aim was to design a minimal and ergonomic space that includes all the facilities and fits into the urban landscape of Athens. Its advantages are the panoramic view, the location and its modern construction. Guest access The studio is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Athens, that at the same time is one of the most cosmopolitan and animated neighborhoods of the city. Guests can easily access the main square of Kolonaki, full of luxury shops, super markets, banks, cafés, bars and great restaurants. They can quickly reach Syntagma square (15 min walking distance), Ermou Street and Monastiraki as well as three major subway stations: Evangelismos (8 min walking distance), Syntagma and Megaro Moussikis. At the same time, when they need to relax they can visit nearby Lycabettus hill, a famous tourist destination (15 min walking distance till the top of the hill), have coffee or drinks at Dexameni square and walk by in small parks next to the studio. Other things to note Please note that Eugene's Place is at the 5th floor of a building whose elevator reaches the 3rd floor, thus having to climb two more flights of steps. Parking is difficult in the centre of Athens. However there are a lot of parking spots next to our place (15-25 euros per day). Registration Details 00000249544
