The space Architect-Designed Apartment with Stunning Features and Pool This spacious apartment, designed by an architect, is ideal for a family of up to 5/6 people. The large living room features a colorful design sofa, a Satellite TV, Sound Bar, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The adjoining dining area boasts a Cassina ‘Le Corbusier’ crystal table with black leather chairs. It has two terraces, one with a round table, umbrella shade, and lounge chair. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all essential amenities. A service terrace is also available for waste disposal and recycling. There are three bedrooms: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a TV. Second bedroom with three single beds (bunk bed + pull-out), a TV, and DVD player. Third bedroom (12 sqm) ideal for a single person, with a single sofa bed. A large bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower serves the latter two rooms. The apartment is steps from the beach and close to the supermarket and city center. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), a large garage (max 185cm height), and complimentary bicycles, canoes, and sunbeds. There are sunbeds available by the pool and additional portable ones in the garage for the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, the shared swimming pool, and a large private garage for parking (maximum vehicle height: 185 cm). Please note: All guests are kindly requested to follow the swimming pool regulations and to respect other residents at all times. Pool access is limited to a maximum of 6 people at a time; guests are asked to use common sense regarding the duration of their stay in the pool. Jumping and the use of inflatable objects are not permitted. All guests must shower and sanitize their hands using the antiseptic gel available at the pool entrances before entering the pool. Children up to 14 years old must always be accompanied by an adult. The swimming pool is open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, with mandatory quiet hours from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The pool is open from May 15th to September 15th. Guests are kindly asked to read the full swimming pool policy and rules outlined in the Home Book available in the apartment. Important: A City Tax must be paid in cash upon arrival, with a receipt issued by the host. The tax amounts to €1.00 per person per night. Other things to note The apartment is owned by BESPOKE VENICE Srl, a specialized property management company. The Bespoke Venice team will be your dedicated hosts, welcoming you upon arrival and remaining at your disposal throughout your stay. MANDATORY PROCEDURE Before arrival, you will be required to complete a mandatory online check-in via a link sent through the messaging thread. This procedure registers your details with the relevant authorities, including the police and the local municipality. The Bespoke Venice portal ensures full privacy and provides a secure and reliable way to submit your information, protecting it from data leaks or cyber fraud. ADDITIONAL COSTS City tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid upon arrival. A formal receipt will be issued. The tax amounts to €1.00 per person per night. ACCESSIBILITY The apartment is located at the second floor and is reachable by an elevator. It is therefore easily accessible for elderly guests and guests with disabilities.
