Brooks Lane Cottage

Brooks Lane Cottage is positioned up high with a beautiful panoramic view. It is walking distance to the centre of the town - where there is good coffee , cafes , shops and a pub.It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a wood burning combustion fire. There is a day bed and smart TV. The space We have a very comfortable nicely decorated timber cottage in an elevated position with a beautiful view. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We have 2 queen rooms and a king single with trundle room. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bath and 1 ensuite off master bedroom. We have smart tv , fans and air conditioning for summer and a lovely wood burning fire for those chilly winter nights. We are a short walk to the town where there are a few nice restaurants a pub and some retail shops . We lie in between Bowral and Berry about 40 mins drive to each. We are also about 40 mins from the beach . Guest access All of the house except the owners cupboards are available for your use.
