Relax in Comfy double room in country with Wifi

This is a double bedroom in my 4 bedroom home on the outskirts of Toowoomba. Enjoy the open spaces with lots of gum trees, wallabies & bird life around my 1/2 acre. I am only 10 mins to Toowoomba Plaza & the Uni. I have 2 other bedrooms on separate listings. There is a separate toilet and bathroom for the use of the 3 rooms. You will share the kitchen, dining and lounge with me ( when home). I have a lovely fireplace for cool nights and air con in lounge when it gets hot. No public transport. The space Quiet open space. Wildlife. Handy to Uni - 10 mins Handy to Toowoomba Plaza - 10 mins Fireplace. Cooking facilities Wifi TV Plenty of parking. Tank water Easy check in. Friendly helpful host. Guest access To kitchen, dining, lounge. Outdoor areas. During your stay I am available if needed however I like to give my guests space. Other things to note I have a Kangen water machine - instructions given on check in how to use. I have become very sensitive to cigarette smoke , so please no smokers.
