The space This apartment is located on the side and its patio is in front of the back. The room has a king size bed and a single bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen to cook delicious meals. You can book your surf lessons directly with us. Guest access Guests have their own keys through the apartment's private entrance. They also have access to the common area with the pool and bar. Other things to note Parking Parking is available on the property but is shared among all guests, and spaces are limited. Parking spots are not reserved and cannot be guaranteed at all times. If the on-site parking is temporarily full, free street parking is available nearby, which is common in Santa Teresa. Security The property normally has a night guard on site from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, providing general supervision of the entrance and surrounding area. Please note that the night guard has scheduled days off, so there may be a few nights per month when no guard is present. For this reason, it is very important that guests always keep the main gate closed, especially during nighttime hours. Security cameras are installed only in the exterior common areas (parking area and main entrance). There are no cameras inside the apartments. Shared areas The pool and all common areas are shared with other guests staying at the property. Quiet hours & house rules Quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in any common areas. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment and keep doors and windows closed while it is in use. Laundry service Laundry service is available upon request and for an additional fee ($20 per bag). The service is managed exclusively by Johana and is subject to her availability. This is a full-service laundry (washing and drying); there are no self-service or coin-operated machines on the property. Location note Santa Teresa is a lively coastal area. Occasional street noise, local activity, or tropical wildlife may be part of the experience.
