Claude and Valérie will be happy to welcome you to Clos de Val, in a nice, totally independent 35 m² F1 with a beautiful sea view. Guests can take advantage of their own veranda and shared spaces: the beautifully wooded garden, the heated pool, the hammock and the deckchairs at your disposal. (Shared spaces such as the pool are accessible to tenants only). The space The very functional house is air-conditioned. It has a TV with Netflix access and Wi-Fi (free). We tried to think of everything so that you don't miss anything and that your stay is unforgettable: The kitchen is fitted and equipped (Fridge with freezer section, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and full dishes, kettle and 4-burner stove). The bathroom is functional and you will find a comfortable shower, shower towels, bath towels and the essential hairdryer!! The Mezzanine bedroom offers a double bed with very good quality mattresses and pillows, dresser, bedside tables as well as a clothes rack and hangers to hang your clothes. In the living room, a comfortable sofa and TV will allow you to relax before heading out again in search of the beautiful sites that our magical island has to offer. A large private and very cozy veranda with table and chairs and magnificent sea views will welcome you for your meals in complete privacy. Linens are provided (bed sheets, dish towels, beach towels). You will have at your disposal an outdoor laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board). You will also have access to the shared swimming pool and sun loungers and for your muscle awakening, we also provide you with an outdoor elliptical bike. A car is essential to enjoy the island. Parking is easy and without any particular risk, right in front of the accommodation. Other things to note The independent accommodation is located on our property and for a vacation with friends, you have the option to rent the second accommodation, of the same type and also independent located at our home.
