Balcony (3 m² or 32 ft²) with a table and two chairs. Guest access The flat is in the ground floor, but there are six stairs to get to the entrance door and there is no elevator. Other things to note Room service on request includes cleaning and change of sheets/towels. Price is the same as cleaning fee.
