Lovely little house in the heart of Lerici. Situated in the oldest part of town next to the Castle, it has a view of the islands and Portovenere. The entrance to the house is through a garden, and to get there one can walk multiple paths through the oldest streets in the village, or take the public lift that takes you to the castle place. A quiet area, with two balconies, and a few minutes from shops, restaurants or the ferries that goes to the Cinque terre, Portovenere and Tellaro. The space Position is what makes this house unique and breathtaking. The house itself is modern (built in 95) 28 sqm independent house on two floors. It has a good floorplan, modern bathroom and lovely balconies. It is however mostly surrounded by stairs and as mentioned over two floors, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with difficulties walking, or walking up or down stairs. The private parking is therefore also down in the village, where the road is, but is very easy to get to, but not next to the house as it's in the pedestrian area. It's as close as it can be and allows the house to be away from the sound and smell of the road. Guest access I will help you get to the parking space, as well as helping you understand the local driving restrictions should they be in vigour, and obviously help you get to the house and give you a tour. The Garden in which the house is located, is not part of the rental property. Other things to note The house is on two floors and because of its position and the regional geography and architecture I would not recommend it to someone having difficulties with stairs.
