The space The elevator brings you to the apartment on the top floor of a 4-storey apartment building with unobstructed view. It is quiet, has under-floor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooker and Nespresso capsule coffee machine (Nespresso system capsules can be bought in nearby shops). Free wifi and cable TV with multi-language channels. Each bed room has a wardrobe thus plenty of storage space. Open dining and living room. The balcony is equipped with a small table and four chairs. Guest access The entire home is accessible except some cupboards and wardrobes that are locked. Small playground with swing, slide and table tennis behind the house. Table tennis in summer only. Other things to note Important: For guests older than 12 years old, Davos charges a guest tax (Kurtaxe) of CHF 5.90 per person per night (winter season) or CHF 4.60 (summer season). The tax is not included in the apartment rent. All guests need to register on the first working day after arrival and pay the guest tax at Davos Tourismus, Talstrasse 41, 7270 Davos-Platz. The office is next to the ice-hockey stadium, about 3 minutes walking distance or one bus stop. In front of the house, a limited number of free outdoor parking spaces on a first come, first serve basis are available. Please do not park on reserved parking spaces to avoid being towed away.
